I know it was supposed to be a joke, but on a serious note using a joystick for jets in PR gives you no advantage at all. Even more, people with M+K or keyboard only will probably have an advantage because they can use the F cameras while maintaining full maneuverability, so they will be able to spot you a lot faster than you. A joystick is a lot more fun, but mouse is also more accurate on gun runs.
if you've spent all that money on a joystick and it doesn't have a few extra buttons for you to change weapon (i.e. view) then tbh it was a poor investment...
