If one was to add flak brust explosions in the sky for lets say a ww2 night para map would that best be done using a custom weather setting, object spawners or ambient effects?

Me personally: White Dragon, Road to Perdition, the winter map pack maps, Borovsko Bridge but I mostly cry for Operation Bobcat.

Does the smoke from vehicles conceals players against bots and bot control vehicles?
If No, will the Devs add, the same properties of the smoke grenade as well.
