That texture shouldn't be on the UAZ, its the Deployable Pallet texture, that "If this model looks shit buy a new computer" is a little sign on the lod1 of the mode matt.b did for a joke

That texture is also not on the UAZ's bundlemesh so my guess is your GFX card got overheated and put the wrong texture on the wrong spot (dose that some times)
