because we dont need a game server, how many times do i have to say it

we need a dedicated server, something very different from a game server, a game server runs on a dedicated server but we have backups for game servers from community members etc, thou they cant provide us with a dedicated server.

Really guys, you dont understand, you dont need to understand, we have it under control, simply dont worrie about it.

Alrighty, back on topic. Sweet update, definitely one of the best so far.

Now time for me to be a nag, sorry.

As I pointed out in another thread, I had the privilege of spending some time with the guys at the 10th mountain division, and although I may not be a soldier in the US Army, I do have some first hand knowledge on the topic.

1) While the Humvee is nice, where is the CROWS? (Yeah I know that it isn't used universally, yet.)

2) 6 fully armed men in a single uparmored humvee? Que?

3) Tan strykers? Que? (Already discussed, I know)

4) I understand work priorities, but I figured I should probably point out the SAWs the guys were using were all M249 paras with Elcans, and also had an interesting bipod system that made them very stable when fired from the hip. Not whining with this one, just a gee-wiz thing. (It may be due to the fact they are a mountain division and not a regular infantry division, but I'm not quite sure.)

5) I promise to NEVER mention that ALL US Army combat medics are issued ACOGs. It won't even cross my mind to mention that ALL US Army combat medics are issued ACOGs.

/whining

As far as good things go, outstanding quality as always, and to those of you that think the stryker is an going to be too weak against the MEC equivalents, I have one thing to say to you. M2 Bradleys with TOWs. That is all.

Looking forward to Part II! Hoo-ah!

I might have come across like I have some inside knowledge, I don't. I'm just saying that it would be the logical counterbalance.

Ahwwww....

But if they had a realistic M2 Bradley this would certainly have a TOW right?
Anyway I can't wait to see what else is the US Army going to come up with for the next release of PR.

I agree. Most of the Army Auto Rifleman I see dont have the standard M249 anymore. Heres some examples I found

This one doesnt have an elcan but that is the common version of the SAW that is used by the US army

You cant really get a good view of it but its just another example of that version with an elcan

And heres one of the modified SAWs with the elcan(which is my favorite scope)

And I know that those US army skins are not complete and Im sure you already know this, but most US Army units do not have the old standard issue goggles, in fact, most dont have any goggles. If they have the goggles they are covered on the helmet. It seems that most of the soldiers stick to sunglasses now.

I believe the goggles would need new models on all the US Army soldiers.

Some still pack goggles, but some kind of always-on eye protection is mandatory IIRC
