Hopefully with the extra time the patch will get additional changes/content, since the test builds apparently up to 0.869 it may as well be called the 0.87 patch.

Why don't you release it now so everybody is happy and if 1.5 full patch make a hotfix that was your orginal plan so plz don't make us wait

Deadpool not everyone can download patch after patch. Believe it or not allot of members have a bandwidth cap.

Incremental patches solves the bandwidth issue for the most part, if the devs want to make them.

Might be inconvenient regularly updating clients and servers, but if the patches bring significant improvements it's worthwhile.

I agree. Something is gonna be broken in 0.86 that made it past the testing as always. Not blaming the testers or DEV team or anything, but the best test for the actual releases is the general public. After we figure out what maybe wrong with 0.86, a hotfix could be released right after to go along with 1.5 and fix whatever may have gotten through the testing process in 0.86.

CRASH TO DESKTOP

I cannot play since 2 Month!! Bf2 works , but after MapLoading i am landing on desktop.
Since a Virus on my HDD and a complete reinstall of my OS, PR does not work.
No Errorcode, no PB Kick...allways Crash to Desktop after Mapload.

All posted fixes dont work for me...
Its not working on both Systems Windows Vista 64 Bit SP1 and XP 32Bit SP3.

ASUS Striker Extreme Mainboard Intel 680i
E6700 Intel CPU
ASUS 8800 GT 265 MB on 1650 x 1050
4 GB Ram
Windows Vista 64Bit SP1 and XP32 SP3
PB manually updated

Why not try Vista 32, with compatibility set for XP SP2??

yes.. start as admin with compatibilty ,mode winxp32
all fixes: memory.dll error, patched bf2.exe, eadownloader.. nothing works on both systems. i have a dual boot system.

Post in the PR support forums, thats what they are there for. This is a thread about the upcoming patch.

This patch will definitely decrease my play time of qwai. I can't help my self. I'm in a family of former IRL US pilots.
