its pretty simple really, no really awesome photoshop skills/filters/effects, i just searched google images for "Sandstorm" (and Set extra large image sizes only, for higher res) found a nice image that suited my angle, then just blended it in. But it did turn out better than i expected, cause i am no photoshop expert.

Just done using the smudge tool, not the best, not the worst, but I really like the way the Mosque came out. I've learned that the smudging technique works best for distant objects.
