The release date will be in late July - early August.

My belief is that there won't be a release prior to mid-September due to the current lack of news/updates. I also believe that the patch will come before Christmas thing as you're in the release boonies after it. If it goes any longer than that, I'm pretty much certain the community will contract both significantly and irrepairably.

You hit it on the weak spot shock, although there is no dead-line for the release there is a date that we can call the mod dead.
