your reasoning to pick Kashan is flawed Wicca "Kashan is the oldest most tested map" familiarity has nothing to do with this. Infantry will be hugely important in this experiment, and with Kashan you've just neutered us.

Iron Eagle offers an astounding amount of cover making the command make use of his infantry squads to scout the area before committing his armour or air support. The variety of terrain on Iron Eagle is also excellent, and there is not going to be vast expanses of flat desert with nowhere to hide.

Yeah lets play it on kashan, and just have everyone sit on the mountain and in the bunkers, like everyone always does because there is no cover, and now theres no reason to move cause there are no flags.

Iron Eagle - Big city, small town, hills, roads, mountains, tanks, apcs, and helicopters. I think that offers a much better choice than;

Kashan - Desert, 15 buildings on the whole map divided between 2 towns, flat desert with 2 mountains.

If you want to have a big armoured engagement awesome, then make the event based on that. If you really want to have a good experiment on this pick a map with a little more... substance.

No i have made up my mind pretty much. Infantry on Kashan is good cause there isnt so many buildings, and not so much cover as other maps. Making it easier to spot eachother, and harder to hide. On a no flag event. That is quite important mate

I for one love the idea. Something a little different will be interesting to try out. Also like Kashan, so it'll be fun. Just sux have to wait even longer now.

HOLD ON EVERYONE! I have an idea. Why don't we do a couple of maps? Like Kashan->Burning Sands->Iron Eagle and then start the rotation over again? Sounds like it would please a lot more people..

It'd also provide much better feedback on how Wicca's proposal would work if it were implimented in PR.

how about, we see how this one works out. Then i can do that in another event?

NO! I've supported my suggestion with strong evidence. It's obviously up to you whether you choose to use it or not, but expect feedback and suggestions. Has been the best so far, and you've shot it down and written it off so quickly, its pretty sad.

Because its not merely a flip of a finger to do an event. Suggest all u want, but all u did was state that this map was shit. I disagree. U can keep your oppinion i wont change it. But the event stays as is.
