After repeatedly being killed by the TOW humvee and LAV I at least got to allah ackbar the LAV whilst it was sitting in the mountains.

Well, actually in this case. People left out of boredom. There was enough people, but it was just poor map management. Playing INS twice in a row, with only 50 players, with long *** rounds, killed it. Its just not enough players to gather intel. Plus AAS delivers a more centered battle, thus less boring.
But I think I made my point in this thread already.
Would love to play the map again!

Well we did mvote after the first Insurgency for "AAS" or "INS with USMC".

That's not the point. I guess people expected more from INS, but it obv backfired with only this many players.
It just SIMPLY doesn't work with only a handful of players, you need atleast 75+ players for INS imo. It takes too long to get intel. Because all talibs are just hiding on the cache and are not scattered over the map. While the cache is not even known for the BluFor yet, because they can't get any intel because everyone is hiding. So for both sides it's boring. AAS on the other hand has more centered battles, because both sides know what the objective is and they got a more general idea where they can expect the enemies from.
