You can use the bot vehicles. They require only 1 person to operate and are located outside of main bases, usually.

Also, you can enable local RCON commands in the Launcher settings and use !rcon oneman after you enable the commands in game with !rcon debug
This will allow you to use any position of the two-man vehicles.

Yo SgtSenner, also try to download the Map Test Airfield. There you have all Aircraft and Vehicles from all Faction in one, 4km BIG MAP! Fun to play alone and really needed for ops: shitty Pilots like me.

Not all vehicles. Added to more. Now most have frontal high FOV window and low FOV 360 camera.
