mestia like map, meaning the new mestia maps being made in the much bigger kashan format (if i understood the released info correctly) i think Rhino was making it and it showed a challenger tank on a hilltop overlooking the forest with the sun going down.[R-PUB]Viper5 wrote:Heh Mestia would be far too small. On fulll throttle u'd have to be in a constant turn to stay inbounds.

The RAF practise in the Welsh valleys, Mestia is a set of hillocks in comparison. Long series of mountains is more their terrority, anything less is a bit too tight and tree level is nuts, more what a heli would do
I have footage of a B52 clearing a mountain ridge by 30foot but unfortunately in the same video while training for an airshow it shows him stalling it with a total loss

Just for scale on the larger map below it shows Bala lake, Ive stood by that lake and watched a jet clear it in about 15 secs while about 200 feet off the ground

Just so you don't have to take Eddie's word for it, a link to the RAF page on the Harrier. Note how cannons are conspicuos by their absence.[R-DEV]Eddie Baker wrote:Actually, it's no cannons for the GR9.
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
Many thanks to [R-DEV]Adriaan for the sig!
