Don't be trivial (and Clancy-like), I don't see reasons why Russians could attack Norway so why won't you make map on Karelsky Peninsula or something like this with Norway attacking Russians?

Why not?
Russia doesn't have intensions and power to conquer world in "Red Storm Rising" style and NATO bases in Norway is problem for Russian defence, not attacking plans.
And also I can remember right now is that we had problems with your poachers and "Slipp Jimmy fri" is offensive to Russian circuses

There is few, if any, foreign bases left in Norway (AFAIK!) but I have heard that a radar up in the border regions are causing a bit of a stir in the Russian military. But a Norwegian attack on Russia would be more like the "bear poking" Georgia did this summer, then a serious military attack. Besides, other than the disputes over the fishing-zones to the north, Norwegian-Russian relations are (really) good. But again, Russia is the one currently flexing its military might, not Norway. But of course in a realistic sense, Russia would have nothing to gain attacking a NATO member, or anyone outside it's zone of influence (the Caucasus regions ETC).
But in the end, PR don’t do storylines

I just mean it would be some fun for us norwegians atleast screw the reason why Russia would attack, who would attack us except Russia? MEC?

But its said that MEC found a glitch where they could teleport trough a ladder to another place.

As soon as Barrents Sea is the strategical area for Russian submarines' breakthrough to Atlantic and Norway is NATO member, your army is part of alliance, not some guys on their own like Georgia, mate. If US.. sorry, NATO command will give orders to provide some peacemaking in region, I doubt that Norwegian army will refuse to do it.
And border radar is not such a big deal for Russians, at least in present time, and Joint Warfare Centre at Jåttå too.
Anyway, you want to make Norway vs Russia, Norway with attacking position is fresh air.

It's not about who will attack you, it's vice versa
But I also said screw politics and so on. No story line needed. But I can also agree I still think of the epic battles when the norwegians and the main figures in WiC gets inside Russia.

If Norway went along and did something as stupid as attacking Russia, NATO would not be obliged to respond and help us in doing so.
But hey, I'm all for a map where Norway attacks Russia, would be a nice change of pace from the other maps in the mod! A full scale, Norwegian armor, air and sea attack against pesky little Russian border-bases would be a fun map!

I don't really think we would have done it. Do you know how much Norway did to keep Russia/Soviet "happy" durring the cold war? Beside, I think your thought is more like Russia style, not Norwegian.

Who's not to say that the U.S (Nato) is already at war with Russia when this takes place?
Something along the lines of:
"Nato high command has asked Norwegian forces to mount a surprise attack in an attempt to seize the strategically important naval base in the city of Murmansk"

Or a Norwegian unit on patrole in russia got a contact with a small russian unit.
BUt still we cant get away from the fact that Russia flies bombers and jets down the norwegian coast more then 10 times this year.
