yeah ....... on Fallujah it just seems to lag heaps for me.

mess with your settings, including graphics and the amount of bots.

air vehicles really add video lag, so you might want to due away with them

if you dont know how i will explain.

well ill try and mess with a file or something camping is fun with the bots.

My PRSP is running EXTREMELY slow. All my graphics are turned on low and i've cleared the cache and tried everything but it is still literally getting like 5fps on fraps. Its completely unplayable.

Help

is this on all maps, or maps featuring heavy air traffic.

PRSP (or BF2 SP in general) os very CPU and RAM intensive. Try making sure in your task manager that there are no other programs running that hinder your playing and make sure your paging file is set to a good size (i have mine to 2,000 minimum 3000 maximum)

Also, try turning off EAX support in the audio menu, as that causes lag as well if you don't have a dedicated sound card.

First of all, yes it is on all maps, even size 16. Second of all my page file is set to 3000 because I have approx. 1.5 gigs of RAM because I took 1gb out. And I always make sure I close all background tasks before I play, also, I have EAX off and sound quality on medium to low, depends. Hasn't helped any. Any other suggestions??

I know my PC specs aren't to great, but I was on a tight budget when I built the PC, spent about $500.

2nd post....

PRSP is excellent, especially when you set the insurgents to the max number vs a human squad.

It provides experiences that MP simply can't, ignoring the obvious advantages of not needing an internet connection.
