Looks like a GPMG to me, but I'm sure someone more qualified could make a better guess.Lutefisk wrote:What kind of gun is that on top?

i had a visit to the BAE factory in Newcastle while these where being built/modified. They are monsters, packed full with all the latest tech! I had a go on the CROW system too, very cool! (minus GPMG obviously

I always found the land rover easier to run people over with myself.Ghost1800 wrote:So, the british go from open air, totally exposed land-rovers to mobile 4-wheel land fortress of doom with complimentary CROW-equivalent system and smoke launcher... AWESOME!

Nice Sex Panther, 60% of the time, it works every time.
It has an odd resemblance to the suburban version of the Hummer which failed miserably in the US. I trust the devs in upping the armor and not using a plastic shell like its suburban counterparts.
Great model, btw, awesome work!!

WHAAAAAAT???? that model looks better than they do look in crysis or arma2 xD
There is only one unforgivable lie That is the lie that says, This is the end, you are the conqueror, you have achieved it and now all that remains is to build walls higher and shelter behind them. Now, the lie says, the world is safe.? The Great Khan.

Re: Panther CLV - woodland version
Considering the model has smoke canisters, (not really sure what to call them, probably something very simple and im being stupid) on the top of the model be useable? Or are they just for detail?
And also because there are dozens of variations to the panther will any other versions be included? Great moddelling aswell btw
Oh and what kind of durability will they have? The Panthers with the additional armour packs are designed to survive small ambushes including IED traps and mines, will they be implemented?
Sorry about all the questions but It'd be great to finally see a decent armoured british transport vehichle that can carry more than 3 people.

Ye, if you remember the Saxon that also had smoke launchers and they where useable while that was also only a "heavy jeep" (well in r/l it was classed as an APC but that's beside the pointKingy wrote:Considering the model has smoke canisters, (not really sure what to call them, probably something very simple and im being stupid) on the top of the model be useable? It will most likley try and meet realistic data like on all our other vehicles.Kingy wrote:Oh and what kind of durability will they have? The Panthers with the additional armour packs are designed to survive small ambushes including IED traps and mines, will they be implemented?

Is its turret rotative or is it fixed?
Or is it another inside vehicle operated mg?

It's beautiful. This just gave me an idea. A USA vs GB map with the only transport are CROWS HMMVWs for USA and Panther CLVs for GB. That would be some great fun.
