afterdune showed enough in his videos, my prediction, the news about the game are coming in a month time and the release in q2 2011.

It's obvious that a LOT of stuff is from EOD. PR:V wouldn't exist if it weren't for EOD .

I wouldn't so much like to know the release date of PR:V but I would like to see a progress update with a video and some screenshots. They haven't given us anything in like a year...

i just hope that there will be still player for PR, in last time i got the feeling that there are less people playing it that some month ago, may be it the summer weather... i dont know.

ah dont knwo for what im more exiting, Vietnam or the Arma2 Mod.

between releases the playerbase dwindles a little, but don't worry. as soon as pr releases a new version of whatever form of pr a lot people come back and new players get attracted (to the despair of the apparent hardcore players )

Is it possible to make just new factions with new maps to add to the normal PR (with a future patch) so that people wouldn't have to download a separate mod? There could just be PR:V servers or mixed servers. Perhaps that would make it easier to get players on PR:V because even the normal PR doesn't have too many players. Just some thoughts feel free to criticize.

excellent idea! And it would add the following suggestion.

Why not launch 2 or 3 maps of PR V in the same package update PR?

We would have the following advantages

There would be no need for a specific package for client and server, for which he is integrated into the package of PR (client and server).

Problems after to find specific servers to run PR V

Being the PR V (some maps) within the package of PR is easier for Administraor server control by the criteria that will be put them in their map list.

In addition players may opinionated and reports for the gameplay is good, if there is bugs, exploits, etc. ..

They are the players who will say that the MOD is outstanting or not ..

With that, I understand that the DEV'S will save time and labor, which is very precious!

Thus they could decide whether it's worth going ahead or not with the MOD V PR and what do you think?

I think merging is a great idea would give a great variation to the current mod without having to fire up a seperate mod etc. Also the playerbase for PR can be stretched as it is sometimes so I feel PR vietnam may not get that much attention or vice versa. Would be very convienient to have the vietnam maps in rotation with the current PR maps to do something different and interesting along with normal PR. Have to agree with you all there.

any idea if the choppers with be able to cable jeeps and such in this veitnam
