Sites like ModDB do not host password locked downloads so untill Friday they cannot use these sites. Once Friday comes around they will start putting non-password locked versions of the install on mirrors.

No, you get 1 file: the ISO. And you can mount it using several programs, or simply open it with WinRAR and the likes and then run the installer.

Okay so it would just be 1 6.4GB file or a small file which is the installer which downloads more?

Also, is only the installer torrented or is the whole download torrented?

You can lower the upload speed... we won't be sad if you just can't share back, we have enough people to do it.

My seedbox alone just passed 1 TB of sharing...

Risegold you have a 50GB limit unless you go and copy it from someone nearby if you download it on torrent or direct it will always be 6GB. Whatever way you download it it will always be 6GB.

Dude it's not rocket science.

When downloading if you don't stop seeding or reduce your upload available it will probably upload 2GB, If you're plan has upload caps the same to be a good person you can upload it for while.

40GB limit actually. And I know it's always going to be 6GB, my point is that look how much other people are uploading when downloading. The ratio is whack. I need to get it as minimum as possible which is why I ask for a direct download, which will be available after 2nd August, (if it is avaliable that is...),

Even if it uploads @ 1kb/s it is only 21MB upload total (@ 6 hours) which is minimal.

What torrent client do you recommend?

qBittorrent official website is a really nice minimalist bittorrent client. No ads, no spam, no malware, no tracking, nothing at all but the bittorrent client.

Does your limit count to up and down, I assumed it was just down as in Europe uploads are all 80kbs max so at that speed an up limit is pointless?

I use Vuze no ads, but lots of details which are pointless but educational to watch.
