I just noticed there was a laze camera on Trans Huey and Panther ... How comes nobody uses this awesome feature to report enemy locations to mortars ?

Trying it here since the thread i posted in was the wrong one. Correct me if i am wrong but the Bradley was never fielded by the US Army in Afghanistan? So why is there a bradley on Kokan?

Because who does actual scouting? Fact is that actually scouting it too cool for most people to handle.

I scout sometimes. It's my favorite job to do when all the squads are locked and the commander is a dumbass.

You can't put a price on good recon. I've seen trans hueys scout on Muttrah to great effect.

Just as I have seen many lase capable heli's fall to their doom :sad:

Well if you have like 3 hueys at main not doing anything, I believe the risk worth it then.

6 potential lost tickets for potentially no gain. Not saying it's a terrible idea, just that when I fly trans I'd rather end the round with 0 deaths... and let the commander with his magic-all-seeing-eye do the recon. :lol:

I said 6 tickets because at the very least it's going to be -5 for the heli, -1 for the pilot. It will also be -X for how many passengers are onboard.

Psyrus : Oh yea true.

However actually I already tried scooting with a panther on Xian, and we hovered over a tank and a fob for few minuts, and as the camera has a pretty good angle the chopper could stay very high. I guess the guys could still hear us cause we finally got locked, but pretty lately, and we survived. Unfortunately noone cared about the coordinates I sent, but I still think it really worth it.

Kiowa on Kashan and Kamisiyah - best mix for hunting soft targets and providing lasertargets for the big boys.

Hello DEV's, I really enjoy the new awesome one shot system :lol: . If possible could you plz add killstreaks to the game like in call of duty. 3 kills UAV on the map or 5 kills Predator missle with thermal of course. :33_love:

Will you make attack helicopters faster? Reason: you get killed way too easily with cannons if you are below

Why? Gunship thats below enemy gunship must have a chance to survive.In 0.981 you would stay exactly below and the higher speed allowing you to keep under gunner angle.
Now in 1.0 you EASILY get raped by 3 cannon rounds because of the helis slow speed you cant keep high alt while under the enemy chopper.They just need to go circles in the air and will always have angle on you to shoot you with their cannon.
Please Jafar reconsider some of these changes flying attack helicopter on maps like Kashan is pain in the ***, thanks.

I'm pretty sure 3 hits with a 30mm cannon would finish off all choppers IRL.
