They do it in the evening believe me, everyone is back from school/work, so he everyone can play.

Its gonna be 12 am at eastern US now, so we have max 12 hours to wait

the only logical consequence would be not to care about when they release it. then you wouldnt be waiting for it and in the end not be playing it today.

i´ve seen it here cupple minutes ago

I wonder if the MODs can resurrect some of the old release threads. It is a LOT of work to get a release out the door, if I recall some from the past,
- one time after hours compiling the release it was realized something was missed and it had to be started over from scratch, I think Eggman pulled 23 hours to get that one done.
- another time uploading and waiting for file mirrors to finish took way longer than anticipated - these are not small files and bandwidth costs.

I'm sure that it's on the doorstep and we will get an update as to why there may have been a delay (depending on your timezone)

AND THEN we will see all those complainers about why is my torrent so slow, why are the files so big, why didn't it install properly - despite having this extra time to ensure you set up the torrent client properly, read the manual on the installation instructions etc..

My favorite was the soft launch Devs did one time - then folks were all "Why didn't you tell us ?!?" whiners

Yes, but think about it, they mods arent stupid, if they say today, they mean today, not tomorrow.

i buy premium acc in FP, i send money to PR Team, i am waiting all day, because they told release is today, but in US is only 12:00, so when they go home, from school, it will be maybe 15, 16:00? Don't know, but when in US is 16:00, in europe is tomorrow !! MFG now you understand? Thanks

This all fuck is problem only with Fileplanet, I havent nothing for PR DEV, only for FP !
