If I had more time I would have signed up as a CO as well. Would have liked to try this out. I'm only there for 2 hours and I want to SL at least 1 of those hours Very curious how this will play out

due to technical issues we moved the event to our normal pulbic server. PRTA Mumble Server
there is no password needed and we will have to kick everyone manualy

Had fun commanding for the first round.. Wish I could've stuck around. Hopefully this event might happen again. I think the biggest problem was advertising. We had quite a bit of people but would be cool if it was in the PR news thing on the bottom of the menu.

Anyways, Had fun!

Next time, lets do INF layers, wait for the server to fill up. Also some bugtesting should be in place, so there is no such problems as today.

INF still has humvees so there is some "heavier" support, but the good thing here is infantry fighting. Ive heard a lot of fire inbetween two squads, yet nobody scored a kill or died. Its really tense and you got to have some balls to go on the front. I was even scared defending, went all retarded in the head when some guy shot a burst at me.

Maybe you should also overthink the use of mortars.
On Muttrah the MEC team had very good mortars, pounding the shit out of us. This is the mortar's job, but there was no way to revive mortared people because they all became dead with the second hit. Too effective for this mode.

Also it became a little bit chaotic when a SL died, because the new Leader wasn't in Mumble-SL. Any chance for serveradmins to move people from the normal channel into SL-channel on request?
