No message is also a message: He/They is/are frustrated little maggot(s), who need to put it out at someone they think hurt them. It's the same as with certain mental illnesses like the stalking mentality disorder, where people can stalk others for reasons like feeling hurt and needing to "punish" the target for something.

Whatever! It will be sorted out and a solution will be found, and that little maggot will have to find other things to let it out at. Hope he/they get(s) a fucking therapy, I will personally start a fundraiser for just those individuals.

I think you're on the right track but I don't think this is game developers vs. game developers
I think there's some kind of hidden/secret regulation going on with the Internet right now
I've noticed this with Youtube, which is owned by Google
There's a stranglehold going on with anything that exists on "surface web" meant for public consumption
Obey or get shut down type stuff, but there's nothing written on paper to abide by

It makes sense to me that taxpayer funding could be funneled into these DDOS attacks, so that they are maintained over long periods of time rather than some upset kiddies who want to prank someone

To me, and y'all can call me nuts if you want, but it seems whatever PR is doing is not falling in line with whatever secret goal these people are trying to achieve against all of the Internet's users
And of course they will not step forward because they don't have to, with the government's might behind them and a swarm of "infected" Microsoft computers doing the dirty work for them
