'tis F/A capable, correct?
if so, the sg1 will be my favorite toy, whether the recoil/handling is better than the g3 or not.

For those that are griping about the new rifle remember that you appreciate the "reality" part of the mod. With that in mind consider that there are very few non-NATO military organizations that will issue multiple caliber rifles for use by infantry. Why issue G3 variants in 7.62X51 NATO and other rifles in 7.62X54 COMBLOC?
This is an obvious logistics nightmare that reality brings to light when dealing with source location, purchase, and proper identification of inventory to ensure that someone doesn't send the wrong caliber ammunition to the wrong people. Mr. Murphy is alive and well in logistics systems worldwide.
What I'm getting at is simple standardization. You'd do the same if you thought your head was going to explode trying to sort all that out for your troops. Dealing with logistics types I tried to use kidd gloves so I could ensure I didn't get intentionally screwed over by some REMF.
With that said, I look forward to having a go with it. Thank you for your efforts.
