So all that story of the UAV being ub3r hardcoded is a lie, huh?
I won't buy PR .92 now. We can't tell when the DEVs are deceiving us.

I never recall saying anything with the UAV was hardcoded....

I'm really looking forward to this update! Keep up the good work!
BTW, is there any chance v0.92 will include some sort of fix to the troubled Windows7 users? I've got a few clan members on hold, since v0.91 just won't do on their new laptops.

What issues? it works fine on w7 for ages already.

I read it too... any DEV said amake the UAV mark targets with laser and place marks from the UAV CAM was hardcoded...

Perhaps at the time -if it was said- the knowledge just wasn't available yet. But who cares, it's working now, be happy with it :-\.

Indeed, with the old UAV being a "projectile", it wasn't possible for a projectile to fire a projectile like you would need to do to fire a "lase", its only because the way the UAV works has been totally changed is why now you can fire a lase with it since it is no longer a projectile, so to an extent who ever said" it is hardcoded" is right since getting a projectile can not fire a projectile, is hardcoded.

That's strange. Two of my friends have win7, and both PRs crash upon the initial start of the game.
We have tried your forum guides for the same sort of problems they have, but non of them seem to work. 'Guess we'll have to keep digging deeper in our pathfinder to sort it out.

Tell them to go to My Documents>Battlefield 2>Profiles>001 (all your profiles are stored in here, 001 or 000 will be the ones you made first).>Video.con
Then in this line make sure the refresh rate is the same as their desktop one. Also make sure the Resolution is not bigger than their monitor supports or is at some crazy value.
VideoSettings.setResolution 1680x1050@
60Hz
