Is this clan still open? I'd like to join. The only problem is that the Ivrit on my keyboard is broken so i cant type. Will that be a problem?

Hey man, I'm an American that lives in Tel Aviv, I was in Nahal until last year. I want to join you guys, I just started playing PR recently! (I don't have my keyboard set up for Hebrew but I DO speak hebrew fluently)
