one thing that bothered me during the last Beta is the Tank commander seat !
the issue was that the player in Tank Commander seat wasn't able to get back inside to protect him self from getting shot at !
that seat was very important cause it allowed the player to use his binoculars to spot distant or unseen targets....
cause we all know that these Old WW2 tanks their Driver's wont see that much except their front... it won't help out the Tank squad to be effective in combat and thus it will lead to their Death and lose the Asset... which i saw some ppl back then they locked the squad with 2 players....
is it going to be added so the commander should press Ctrl to get inside and cover him self ?
Edit: also is it possible that we Add these babies into Omaha Beach ?

They might add a mg onto the tank like the sherman though so that's probably why they didn't add in the cover botton.About the stukas i their were reports of a few strafing runs on allied troops on D-Day but mostly the german air force was completely dominated before D-day although maybe 1 or 2 on carentan or merville would fit better.

There were 2 fighters (FW190 if my memory serves me right), and it wasn't on Omaha. There were many reports, including of Ju-88s.
I think the planes should be reserved for more historically accurate battles but it would also be cool to have a map for only fighters/bombers just like Falklands has.

let's say on Omaha beach the Germans already have the quadruple 20mm flak guns and US get's 2 fighter bomber... that would be foking Amazing
also i think Battle of Britain had a lot of Air combat from fighters and Bomber's but sadly
we don't have that map or RAF or British infy
it's so frustrating that we have all these Assets and weapons but no map's

Not a lot to say. There are a couple of new maps in the making (for a while already mind you) that look really promising so far.
Perhaps the mapper can tease you guys with a rough picture later on .

You guys make really good job , even new games on new engines do not give such atmosphere which give prww2 ( due to 100pple server and 2-4 km maps, and realisctic animations, models, gameplay), so we really wait when it will be integrated in PR

I've had Carentan in mind, before 1.4 came and borked it all. It's the most well made and a sensible choice. Plus relive Band of Brothers.

It isn't dead, no. There are no servers running this, as this was a beta back then. Plus that beta is now incompatible with PR v1.4

And is there a chance that it will be compatible with PR v.1.4?
Cause I m pretty sure that I m not the only one who would love to see the maps beeing able to set in the normal PR. If this is maybe possible at any time.

Next release of PR:WW2 is probably when it's implemented in PR. No idea about a timeframe though, but I don't think we'll be seeing a separate release anymore.

if I recall there are some deployed wirbelwind things around omaha and the battery, if someone jumps into your trench you can light them the **** up.
but having an automatic flak weapon that can have enoguh depression to take out infantry is dangerous, take shilka and zu-23-2 truck for example.
i'm sure there will be an exception along the line to add it though

Flaks would be OP without planes and vehicles especially as a deployable gun. However it should be nice hidden in towns.
