It's almost certainly legit. Quite simply, the dev team isn't mean enough to say it's going to be released and then say it isn't.

I must admit I'm sort of disappointed PR:V was actually real. PR:BF2 remains far from complete at this stage, and spinoffs merely add more unfinished content to the game and fracture the dev team further. I would rather see a single truly finished faction than a bunch of works-in-progress. Just being honest.

feel free to lend a hand, tbh this didn't take that much time because EoD gave them all of their assets. most of the work was "mashing" it together from existing models and maps.

and since that red test server has been up lately, im pretty sure this is legit.

Im pretty sure it's real, they gave us 6 days to constantly check their forums in paranoia. Once we give them their Lols they'll give us the vietnams

I don't see what you people are whining about, I'd love to play this Vietnam mod, that entire era is way under-rated. I'd play it a hell of a lot more than the current versions.

It's going to be released on the 6th.

Otherwise this project will be made into even more of a joke than it was from the beginning.

my guess is a real release.

I think if it was real then we'd be able to download now, and have a passworded installer, like it has been for the past few releases.

The original PR: Vietnam was announced on April 1st.

I actually don't think this is a joke because it would be a little too cruel to those of us who have been waiting...
