To be able to spawn one of these, an admin with FTP access(a very trusted person, most likely the head of that clan/community) HAS to add your name to a list on the server(hence why FTP is needed). That is there SO not everyone is able to spawn it. ;)

I am a bit surprised why you came up with that idea. Even if it's a game, you should stick to the main core of this mod : reality. It is like a weird paintball mod of CS lol.

Also, it can serve as a spy to know the locations of the enemies, can't it? Even if it is admin side, I think that some of them can use it to help their team or am I missing the point?

I hope it won't be mandatory in public servers.
The best victory is when the opponent surrenders of its own accord before there are any actual hostilities... It is best to win without fighting.

It should somehow be communicated to the players on the server when the cam is in use. I can see admins hovering high up and using the zoom function like an UAV on steroids, giving information to their clan mates. The DEVS trust the admins way to much, its not like clans dont cheat in various ways right now. If there is some indicator other than visual when it is used should help solve problems that could arise.

I have read every post on this thread, and the question still remains un-answered, "does it have collision?"

And if yes, what can it collide with?

Plus, I think it should be as is, then patched into a bird a month or two after release, then everyone gets their novelty, and the immersives get their immersion, even if it is really high, they can rest easy *nod*

nice admin tool but an invisible one would be needed or maybe a camo one because put it this way if your doing sometihng wrong and you see a big red something or grteen thingy floating about then your gonna stop
