Thanks for the update AfterDune... A few questions ...lol if u got time. First, seems like PR/V always gets the back burner when it comes to devs working on projects??? (The other devs have been working their asses off for new PR releases) Ive been waiting 17 months now (along with numerous others) for this Mod to release!!! You would think this mod would get a little priorty from devs, since people have been waiting paintently for some time now..

Guys STOP crying that it takes so long if you really want PR:Vietnam, start then on the bf2 editor and start making maps or models what ever you want and if you dont know how to make stuff on the bf2 editor.

Go find it on youtube or you can learn the mapping here.

And we all know that we wanna have it asap and the mod is free so you dont have even the right to complain.

guy has a point though, it get's irritating to see a bunch of the same guys spamming this part of the forum with the same questions and remarks. we'd all like to see more of this mod but if you really can't wait go do something about it. oh, and don't come with flirty comments, sure we might be dutch but it doens't mean we're all gay.

The only point i see and has prompted me to make a FEW posts...not spamming, Is that its been 17 months and nothing but some reasons that pr/v has been left on the back burner!!!

No Offense taken... Hey why not help Guedoe finish U.S.I 2.0
(USI is not dead yet, altho I'm the only one getting it ready for release, just 2 maps to prep for SP and one last asset, not yet mentioned, needing a texture (skinners are hard to find). Then a final debug and stress test (frag fest 4, lol). But again work is slow. )

IMHO.... The Classic maps in BFV and EOD 2.0 are awesome and i think most people will agree with me!! Why so much time on adding new maps??? USE THE BFV AND EOD 2.0 MAPS!!!
CLASSIC STUFF ....SEEN PLENTY OF THE MAPS PORTED TO AIX MOD FOR BFV...HASTINGS FLAMING DART ETC...

Last but not least....

None of these lists are final, and we are trying to work out a compromise between balancing the factions and authenticity. What we would like to iterate is that development has picked up, the mod is not dead and it is moving forward. Over the next few months more information and images will come out as and when the other devs deem fit. Hopefully, there will also be some in-game screen shots in the not so >> "distant future." <<ANOTHER 7 MONTHS

Yes, that's not good, but maybe they think that it will be better not to create another server client and so people can run PR:V maps on their original servers?
