"Muttrah City v2.5" is really only an idea of something I would have liked to do but it was always low priority with other stuff being more important to do, as well as requiring a lot of work/rework and is now very unlikely to ever happen tbh.

What happened to the Mi-8T, it seems to be fully functioning or is it bugged in some way?

Where have you ever seen in 'fully functioning'. I believe it's stuck in the export-state.

ru_the_mi8t. Seems to have a similar flight model and sounds to the current Mi-8MT, no opening\closing door however.

Oh that one. Not sure. Probably misbehaving physics and code. I actually have no clue

These are pretty much down to the model being made in a much later version of max9 and the mesh having to be back ported to max9, which creates a lot of these kind of issues, most of which where actually fixed up but the main dev working on it got burnt out with doing all these fixes, which is totally understandable since back-porting is a seriously tedious task, and as such the model has been left in limbo ever since. This is why you always see us stress so much in community modding how important it is to model in max9 if you want your model to be used in BF2 as no matter how good the model is, the backporting process will screw it up and the extra work required, especially for a large, complicated vehicle, is simply just overwhelming.
On top of these issues created from the back porting that need fixing, the model still requires a full set of LODs and a wreck model, with LODs too, as well as lots of other things.

hehe, sorry guys but PR:F isn't quite ready for a public test quite yet. I am planning a closed test in the next couple of weeks however to test a bunch of new stuff and concepts but that is only for PR team members and testers, but you can expect a bit of media soon if your lucky
But since blayas gave me that look, here's a little something

Hehe, it will be quite impressive if someone can identify it just from that pic
Without any help from any of the PR team members who know what it is of course
