On topic, abuse of the commanders assets like this is indeed frowned upon by most of the playerbase and server admins. I suggest you think twice about doing that on the more popular servers.

this is as the story goes, me and my Norwegian friends was abit bored of being insurgent so we found out: Hey! what if we gang up as civis and have some fun
we had a 5 man squad in the start where we tested the British soldiers marksman skills, we had 4 civis covering one insurgent, and some bloody brit actually scored a nice little headshot on the insurgent without harming the civis.

We actually managed to capture big red tonight after Deep shot him out of the cab as he entered the airfield on Archer.

Well a mexican civi wave would be possible, me and airsoft did a mini one when we were on our own in a server. Just gonna be hell to communicate and organise.

apologies for the nametags, still not 100% of getting rid of them, and the HUD in some as i got lazy with the console near the end

unfortunately we lost the round, but it was such a treat to have at least 2 SL that knew what they wanted
