[List] You know you've got a good pilot when...

Being a rebel as usual. I play PR when i shouldn't be. So hear my dad come up the drive way. And i'm like oh shit oh shit.
I could save my *** and just cut the power to my computer as i usually do. but i've got a squad in my chopper.
So i land my chopper and then kill the power. Just as my dad walks in.
Kinda awkward sitting trying to explain why i'm at the computer. When it's off.
Anymore dedicated pilot stories post them here

Some parents set rules on how much their children can play. Mine did when I was living with them. Having freedom to do whatever in college is quite nice.

Nazi Parents, they don't understand it, as soon as they forbid something you will start doing it, the way parents act doesn't make sense.

This isn't necessarily true. I seldom do things my parents tell me not to do. Except from drinking moonshine. I do that.
Sorry Mom

Team work, asset managment, responablity to others, following orders, achiving a goal, advanced tactical planning, mutli input sensory tasking (hand eye coordination) etc etc.
There is more to playing video games than most parents think. Im 35 with 4 kids. My son gets up early to play games then sits at the PC when he gets home. After doing any home work.
He comunicates with kids from all over the world playing a number of game. He talks to adults devises stratiges and doing the above, while most other kids just sit playing COD.
He is doing Maths and Science projects at school for children 14 years old. He isnt even in high school he is 10 years old. We need video games to help him stay active and challenged otherwise he gets board and starts to fight with his sisters.
Video games used in the correct way can improve your mind, mainly due to there social interactions.
I hope your Dad will be able to see it one day. As for me I just hope my son i able to spell alot better than I can when he is older.

I'm with Animal.
Although the not crashing is a component part of this, it has to be said.

Let me write a true sentence:
You know you've got a good pilot when you are a good pilot.
