Hello, PLease take the time to reply because I ask this question on the server and no one answers How do I get the pipebag kit? Like what I have to do I never tried it yet and want too

The bagpipe kit is a pickup kit and can be found on a location where only the US have access to.

To all: if you know where to find it, do not spoil the fun for the rest

It's in A12. Get out of the boat and swim in circles, after 10 laps, press G and the bagpipe kit is yours!
