The award winning Project Reality and Black Sand Studio teams are proud to announce the official release of the Project Reality: BF2 v0.97 Map Pack!
Instead of releasing the usual Christmas themed map pack, we have decided to release a full-featured map pack including 4 brand new maps and 3 old favorites to help you celebrate the holiday season. These maps are a preview of what is to come in PR:BF2's next release, v1.0, anticipated to arrive later in 2012.

Thanks to several direct link providers, there are a number of mirrors available to download the map pack. You can also download via torrent, which is the recommended download method. You can find all of the download links here:
Please note that you must have Project Reality: BF2 v0.97 already installed before installing this map pack. If you do have v0.97 installed, yet you still get an error message when installing stating that you do not have it installed, please visit the this page to fix your version information.


Included Maps
In case you missed the map pack release date announcement, the following brand new maps will be included in the map pack:
<ul><li>Black Gold (4km)</li><li>Operation Marlin (2km)</li><li>Pavlovsk Bay (4km)</li><li>Vadso City (4km)</li></ul>
In addition to these 4 new maps, the following previously released Project Reality: BF2 maps will be making a return, updated and overhauled for the current version of PR:BF2:
<ul><li>Assault On Mestia (1km)</li><li>Operation Ghost Train (1km)</li><li>Tad Sae Offensive (1km)</li></ul>

Project Reality: BF2 Support
If you encounter any problems while installing and/or playing the PR:BF2 Map Pack, please check out the Project Reality Mod Support forum. If your problem has not already been posted by someone else, please do not hesitate to start a new thread asking for help. We will do everything we can to provide you with a solution, but we can't do anything if you don't ask first!

Beta Test Participants
If you participated in the beta test last month, upgrading to the final release is extremely simple. Just install the final map pack when it releases, and all beta files will be automatically overwritten with the final release files.

Server Files
If you currently host a Project Reality: BF2 game server, you should have received the server files for the Project Reality: BF2 v0.97 Map Pack via the Server Admin CP already. If you are interested in hosting a new server, please follow the link below to apply for a server license.

got a question if you have the Beta map pack installed already do i need to uninstall it first ? and if i need to do that how do i do that
