[Solved] Random split second freezes!

Yeah hello guys..

I'm having an issue with my computer, not even sure what the problem is. Basically the computer freezes for a split second every few minutes. It happens to me whilst watching videos, playing games or when browsing the web. It freezes for less than a second, usually with this "TRRZRRRRR" sound. I don't really know where this problem came from :|

I have installed latest drivers for all of my devices, done a registry and disk cleanup, installed the latest Windows updates.

So does anyone have any idea on how I should get rid of this problem?

Thanks for the help!

Give us as much info as you can about your PC and software.
could be hardware, could be software, could be virus, etc.
We can't even make a guess with what info you gave us so far, so give us some more to work with :)

Try to free up some space on your harddrive and than heavily defrag.
If you can swap your PSU with different one I'd try that too
aslo whats your RAM and size?

Sorry guys but I have fixed the problem :D

It was Mcafee anti-virus that was causing it. After uninstalling it the PC went back to normal. Yay.
