Where would I post one?
My current projects are at a dip so I might make a map.

Also who could I contact to see if the map I wish to make is already WIP because I think the one I wish is pretty popular or well known with Vietnam Fans

I started mapping for this mod a while back, mine's a mix of several locations from Apocalypse Now, most notably an accurate recreation of Kilgore's village strike at Vin Drin Dop or.. Lop, damn Asian names all sound the same, and a couple of other locations in the film, in one map.

Noddy - use of racist or ethnic slurs are not acceptable on these forums.

No, I think it is perfectly fine to post a map about Vietnam/PN there.

Debating this on a game forum is ridiculous, but I will say that although my comment was racially related, it is not a racist statement. This game is set in a certain time frame just as all wars are, and no body complains about the terms Kraut or Fritz, or Hun in WW2 games, because it is understood to be part of the context of the game and not meant seriously. I would hope that any Vietnamese person playing this game and browsing these forums would share my view that being offended by people messing around on a game forum is absurd.

These terms were used, they are part of the historical and cultural context. Forbidding their use is cutting out a part of that history and understood authenticity.

You're comparing a word used hatefully to subjugate a race as slaves and inferior citizens for hundreds of years with a word used to deride your enemies in warfare and boost morale, as has happened in all wars, and in this case for a few decades in the mid 20th century.

Bringing in an extreme example just shows how off the mark you are.

I agree he doesn't need to so around saying things which he doesn't understand the impact it may have on someone else
However its something that can be dealt with otherwise.
