I love teamplay and sorry if someone doesnt agree with my opinion (you can have your one) but i HATE normal PR for the SAWs.

I stop to play PR long time ago and i was total adict when Vietnam got alive, but now there is no servers except in weekends.

Please more vietnam servers!

Their are enough servers online, just not enough people that are willing to play.

Well most of the time it is called Vietnam, but you end up with 60 people whining why they keep playing it so they start playing maps like Kozelsk alias The Big Exodus of the community. And the map roulation on the other servers are aso a failure because in every 20 maps you might find a vietnam map.....

Yes, I have the same problem. I prefer PR:Vietnam for the lack of scopes (and because it's a fascinating part of history), but it's very rare I can find a populated server playing it.

I love the mod, but it's a problem when the already small PR community starts splitting up into even smaller groups - the upcoming falklands mod sounds interesting too, but risks further splitting us up..

How did it go, Insurgency?

It was absolutely awesome.
I can simply highly recommend to all serveradmins to try it out. To be honest I was a little suprised how Dien Doung worked out, would not have imagined it.
Some caches might need a bit more cover but due to the firefights being fought on a shorter distance it's not a big deal.
Ticketwise, even with that many tickets for US we were able to defend the last two caches.

Despite the fact that about half of the people disconnected we were able to fill it again and the public feedback was consistently positive.

Ding Dong also received a LOT of shrubs all over the place, so there's a lot more cover in general.

I'm very glad to hear you guys had such a good time on it, with Insurgency! It was all a test and really wasn't sure how it was going to play out. I'll create a thread for it, am interested in hearing more thoughts about it .

Most of those servers had added PRV into map rotation, which means, you can play it when admin decide to set it next.
