I like the mod so far, but I noticed there was something "odd" about it from the moment I started playing it. Now finally I realize what's the issue: The rifles in this mod seem very accurate compared to the regular PR ones.

In PR, I would not go full-auto unless I really had to, but in Vietnam, it's no problem - just adjust for recoil and it's possible to place a lot of rounds on a quite small area at a quite long range.

Now, I don't know if it's intentional, and I know nada about the accuracy of real life weapons, but there's definitely a difference.

Also, the M14 is extremely quick firing, but I read elsewhere that it will be toned down for next release.

I haven't faced a problem with this but yeah, maybe slightly easier to accurately shoot but that ain't something I'm concerned about. ^^

As for the M14, the new update indeed fixed it from 1200rpm to 600 as intended.

Yeah I just realized and installed the new update, but now I can't play the mod, because it crashes at end of map load :/

I'm getting that too. I copied the files over manually, merged folders and replaced with newer file. auto updater now says its beta2

Perhaps the servers you were joining weren't updated yet?
