AMD display group/Taskbar

I've set up my rig so my 2 monitors run as one, here's a screenshot of my desktop:

As you can see that's working fine, the problem is my taskbar extends all the way across making it difficult for me to be able to do, well, anything. Ergonomics and stuff.
So I'm wondering how do I set the taskbar up to look something more like.....

Anybody have any thoughts?

Never mind I just found something under catalyst "position taskbar on single display"
I still would like to know how the person who took the 2nd pic set their bar up that way.

That photo is a 3rd party UI program.

Could by rocketdock, rklauncher, rainmeter, etc.

A simpler option is multimon or Ultramon, display fusion, etc.

Also other programs, such as Fences, that can create permanent icon grouping on your desktop.

FYI, I use multimon taskbar free edition and rklauncher.

rk launcher is old, buggy and abandonware, however it's light weight, simple and idiot-proof.
There are definitely better options out there.

And to be fair, I am a total klutz using 3ds max 9 , you could teach me tons of tricks in that program.

Oops, fences is here http://stardock-fences.en.softonic.com/ AMong other features, It will keep all your icon grouping permanently, a huge timesaver.

, Rhino had suggested using this one and I do use it occasionally, it's pretty cool.
'[R-DEV wrote:Rhino;1718504']Just thought I would quickly share a neat little program I just found called AquaSnap :)

Basically what this program dose is pretty simliar to Win7's Aero where you can snap windows to the side of the screen or w,e but with this you have more options like snapping to the corners of the screen and also it fully supports multiple monitors, unlike Win7's Aero.

Been using it for a few mins now and already solved a few of my nittly gritty problems I had with Aero so would recommend giving it a go :D

Another cool one is Bumptop, which was bought out by Google and their patent is now the underlying technology of the Android 3.X and higher multiple desktop option thingy, the swipe left or right to see the five panels of the Android desktop screen.

Not sure where to download it, try to find the last stable release, maybe here
