Very minor but annoying forum bug

There is something wrong with the forum registration image.
It has allways looked blurry to me, and today while at school and not logged in on the forums I investigated a little. I found that the image is scaled 1px down horizontally in the browser, so its just one tiny pixel row from being a clear image.

It should be a minor fix, but I have been annoyed by this for quite som time.
