The PRTA wants to invite you all to an epic event with organized teams. The map is the karez offensive, a desert 4km map set in the afghanistan regions. The teams will be USMC versus MEC and will have combined operations on an AAS layout.

You will choose to either fight as MEC or USMC. Select a team and signup.

With the first use of AASv4 we will try out the assault routes on the map and make sure they are fun and practical. We will enforce mumble and the use of teamspeak.

For any trainings or discussion use the PRTA Teamspeak for more information:

is this the map that appeared in the SP mappack, as operation phoenix?

obviously was much smaller with bots

I think there was an early version of this map for PR 0.91 or 0.95, it looked really good back then, now it looks awesome!

If the F16 has a half-decent pilot it will never get shot down with these assets and view distance.

just to clarify, the event is the 29th. As the video said. There was an initial mistake in the OP. But it has been edited. So the event is the 29th. See you there :)

Wicca, can you sign Tiger Platoon up for the US team. I am not able to reply on the PRTA website and sign-up there. -On behalf of Tiger Platoon I would like to thank PRTA for organising these big and organised battles. I won't be there for the event of the 22nd but will surely look forward to the event of the 29th of july 2012.

Name: [TP]Andersson
Country: DK
Age: 28
Preferred Role: Platoon Leader of 1. PL / 1. SQ USMC
What sort of squad do you wish to be in: Infantry + logistics / mortar
Preferred Platoon/squad: 1. Platoon / 1. Squad USMC + 2. Squad (SL+ 2 or 3 SM from TP.)

We will be bringing 8 - 12 members. We can potentially bring one infantry squad and one logistics / mortar squad to the fight.

------- Sign me up for : 1. Platoon / PL/SL 1.Squad // For Platoon Leader of the 1. Platoon and Squad Leader of 1. squad and the entire 1. squad filled up with Tiger Platoon personnel.

** Depending on our own numbers I can also bring a highly able SL for the 2. Squad in 1. Platoon. This second squad would then be filled by public players.

I?'ve noticed right now you have 3 under-sized Platoons each having 2 full eight man squads. (Logistics and mortar squad is highly recommended, any battle stands or falls with logistics used correctly)

** Question for Oskar, Wicca or who ever can answer this question. Would it not be a lot easier communication-wise to only use mumble instead of teamspeak? Most in the community by now know how to use this and it works like a charm in the battlefields of PR.

Hey anderson. Ask Oskar about joining the us team. The team speak will be used for myself as a place of planning and giving quick orders to my platoon leaders. But if Oskar wants to use it or not is up to him.

What is the issue with signing up on our website?
