Hello guys!

I haven't been playing this modification for too long, and I love it, but where are all the Vietnam players? Couple of empty servers on the server list
I've installed the BETA2 and all the shit, and if I'm right, thats why people dont play it anymore, after the Beta 2 thing .

You can delete this thread if it's necessary, but I just wanna give my vote over here that there still are some guys who would like to play La Drang and shit, so people could come talking to this thread and maybe agree a day when everyone just comes playing, not to the normal Insurgency servers ?

I'd love to have a Vietnam map in a map list. Like once every 5-8th map? I would even like to see the Normandy map being added to some playlists but it would kill alot of servers.

Yea But the thing is if a Vietnam map just popped in after some Iraq map it would mean that like half of the players would leave because they dont have the Vietnam BETA 2 :/...

We need people to play some Vietnam ! Install the BETA 2 and lets fill the servers up, atleast one of them

If you are interessted to play Normandy or Vietnam search for [762] in the Server browser. Wie are running both minimods on a single server.

Are there players on the server? I'm gonna check it out later today! Havent seen any players on the Vietnam servers for like two days..

Yes, there are indeed servers running both the Normandy and Vietnam maps; however, these servers are scarcely populated and are not considered one of the 3-5 servers that are constantly populated. The beta 2 addition is an easily rectified situation, but many players are unwilling to install it. Consequently, those 3-5 servers won't risk playing those maps and having a good chunk of their players leave their server.

On our server "PRLatinoamerica 1 Mumble" we have two vietnam maps running on the server with normal PR maps. The thing is that you may not have a good ping as the server is in south america. We play Ia Drang Valley Skirmish and AAS and Dieng Doung on Insurgency. Of course we are running the BETA 2 maps, the server starts to get populated at 11:00 or 12:00 hs. PRT time

Not everyone install the BETA 2 version without problems, there where some problems regarding downloading or installing it. Unsure if its still an issue though.

Just wait till PR v1.0 and it will become epic again .

The Normandy map that is running on some servers is the version from December 10th 2011, wich is old and buggy. Just wait for the next version.

+1 for vietnam once in a while!
