mumble not connecting

just got mumble when i try to connect i get the following message: [11:20:32am] Sever connection failed: Connection timed out.

then it trys connecting again and same message keeps comming up over and over

any help much appreciated

deleted the version i had and found a newer version on ciagaming.org
