I didnt know where exactly to put this. but here it goes:

I have been looking around the website. And I have noticed that on your Server license application it says The server must be pingable or the application is thrown out. How is this possible if you have to be accepted before you can even download the server software?
I have some friends that play this and im looking at playing this soon. I would like to run a server. My friends have told me that most servers are 64 players. Is that the limit? is it possible to run more? What kind of requirements does a server need? I would like to run the maximum amount of slots possible by your server software. And have the means of doing so. Please inform me on how I can achieve this goal.

Server application thread explains most of this.
Server needs to be up and running. (For convenience, Set it up as vanilla BF2 during application process if you are not familiar with BF2 admin framework software)
Needs to be registered with Gametracker.com and pingable by Gametracker.com's widget.
If pingable to that widget then pingable to PR standard.
64 is max slots available currently.

Please consider the ongoing cost structure of renting a server before you go rent a new one just for PR.
