Brecourt Assault - Server side update

Changes:
- Crossroads is no longer cappable
- Removed German spawnpoint at Brecourt Manor
- Brecourt Manor is now always in play
- Bunker Hill and Brecourt Manor cannot be recaptured by Germans, once they're under Allied control
- When Allies capture Bunker Hill, a third Sherman will spawn at the US main base. The two remaining Shermans already spawn at US main, whether you captured Bunker Hill or not
- Changed some flag groups, as you can see in the image
- Upped the tickets from 500 to 750 on the 64p layer (128p has been upped from 750 to 1000 tickets)
We couldn't make any changes to the vehicles; they either crashed the client or vehicles would shake all over the place.
A server should be up-and-running: Third Forces or PRTA.

It will be played much more since germans won't be able to recap Bunker Hill and Brecourt, pushing the fight forward.

Well, them not being able to re-cap Brecourt means there will be more defense on Bunker Hill, which means it will be even harder to cap, and it's already a pain in the ***.

Germans have to defend Bunker Hill and Brecourt Manor at the same time, so things should be easier now.
US also can't bleed anymore, everyone has more ticket as well, so let's see how it plays out hmm.
The city will be more in play, because now it's part of a flag group with 2 flags instead of 3.

an idea I had and I think would be really interesting for this map and the PR:N in general would be an realism event where;
- local speech can be heard by the two teams~
- only squadleader can use squad speech and talk to other squads ( even best would be having a radioman assigned)
- specific squads and ranks for the soldiers and tasks
more advanced features:
- removing the position marker of individual soldiers and vehicles, removing minimap on vehicles
- maybe only the squadleader appears on the map?
maybe some other cool ideas XD?
but im pretty shure this cant be done currently ,(

Most of what you propose would be either impossible or would require a new mini-mod
But we thought about having an event on the paratrooper map without radios, only local speech, that both teams would hear.
