Everytime I try and download PR 1.0 it comes up as a 6GB file for an .ISO that takes weeks to download. Maybe I'm naive, but is there not a regular direct download or .zip file? Or is Ancientman's file the only one?

I've downloaded high quantity files before but it never took this long.

There are 2 separate things you are talking about here.

1. Download speed: that's an issue with the mirror being slow for you, or in general. Nothing much you can do about this except wait for another mirror to become available or use the torrent.

2. ISO file: that's the way PR will be released in the future. It simplified our process by not needing 3 separate installers and all that. You just need a program like 7zip or WinRAR to extract the contents and run the installer.

understood. I retried doing the torrent file and thats working out better for download speed. appreciate the help db.
