Well, basically, I bought a new mouse (Razer DeathAdder 2013) and set it up in Windows and then in-game in the menu for the game and the sensitivity is fine for when I'm aiming but when I use the Caps Lock or the Q or T menus the sensitivity is way higher than usual. This wasn't the case with my old mouse (basic Microsoft corded USB mouse) - everything was fine and uniform across Windows, aiming in-game and the in-game menus, but now its sort-of weird. Its causing problems like requesting the wrong kit in the T menu or moving too fast and deselecting a message in the Q menu. The sens. is fine in the main menu like before you join a game.
Here's some screenshots of my setup:
Couldn't get a screenshot of the PR menu but its at 0.30 for aiming.

I could set the DPI lower but then I'll lose one of the main reasons why I bought the thing.

Any ideas on how to make the sensitivity universal across all of the things I've mentioned?
