You need to tell us
the make and model (and revision if you can find that info) of each monitor.
what GPU you are using?
if in SLI/Crossfire?
What OS?

but really if you don't want to spend money or borrow the color calibration hardware from your work ,
use your naked eye and this website:

then use this software:

(optionally) and this software so the calibration stays the same when you start a game/app:
dispcalGUI?Open Source Display Calibration and Characterization powered by Argyll CMS . This can do strange things, overwriting the game dev's color palettes, tones, saturation etc.
Note, I haven't had to do this in 3 years since I bought matching monitors at the same time, might be a better freeware solution around, idk.
