I couldn't find similar threads/posts so I'm writing here.
I've got Toshiba satelite C660 (Intel core i3-2X2,6 gHz, 3 Gb ddr3 RAM, Intel HD Graphics).
I've installed Battlefield 2 Complete collection, original. Everything is updated (patch 1.5, c++, DirectX, everything...) Battlefield 2 runs smoothly on high graphics. I installed Project reality v1.0 normaly. I run the game with launcher, as said in manual.
Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to show main menu in game, and somettimes 1-2 minutes, as it should. When I run Coop (for singleplayer) it freezes for 5-10 seconds in menu when selecting kit. Then everything goes normal until I die. Game crashes, and exits to desktop. for about 1 sec I can see small gray window from game I think, than everything becomes normal, like i never started the game.
But few times, game crashes when I launch the game (click on "Deploy"), but only on some maps, not all, so I must choose maps carefully. Game crashes as before, to desktop...
I reinstallled bf2 and Project reality, didn't helped.

What is wrong with the game???
Please help.

This might be a tough one to troubleshoot.

You need to give us the exact specs of the system.
Different i3 CPUs have different Intel HD Graphics. Most can NOT run PR, the newest higher end i3's CAN run PR.
You probably need to defrag your hard drive after you install PR. PR has very large compressed files that can cause this type of CTD.
You might be running out of RAM,
You might have wrong size pagefile,

You should delete the "server favorites" PRLAUNCHER->Options->Global->Tick the Clear Server Favorites on Launch" tickbox->CLICK APPLY Button.

Either a GPU can not handle the drawing of the new kit geometry, OR the kit files are highly fragmented.

Either running out of graphics memory, RAM, or virtual memory. Or two of the three.

My Proccesor is : Intel Core i3 CPU M380
It has two cores (4 logical cores) with 2,53 GHz.
I defraged hard drive, it had 9 percent fragmentation (something like that).
Graphic card is: Intel HD Graphics (Core i3), 1273 MB. It is integrated video card
My Os is Win 7, 32 bit. All server favorites are deleted.
Razer Gamebooster didn't help.
