Every file in the BF2 directory and the mods/PR directory is checked for tampering before you can join online servers.

Didn't modify anything, what could it be? I tryied deleting both battlefield 2 and project reality folders from my documents.

The files are in the BF2 directory where BF2.exe is located.

C:\Program Files\BF2\ or whatever it is on your system.

What version of BF2 do you own? Steam, Origin, retail DVD, etc?

I have the same message. The only thing I can remember doing is modifying the number of AI bots. How can I undo this?
