Network System Administrator course - what to expect

Ive recently spoken to my adviser in bureau for employment, and she told me that they have organized courses for several IT fields, and Network System Administrator was one of them. They also had Web/PHP developer, Android applications developer, and so on, but she also said that already too much people applied for these last two courses, and applications are closed. So I choose this one.
Its being done in cooperation with Samsung, so probably their engineers will do the entry level testing and choosing the best ones among candidates. TBH I have no idea what exactly am I to expect there at testing, as no further information is given. I'm just waiting for the call which will be very soon - I think next week - and I would like to know more about it, so I can prepare the best I can.
This course, if I make it trough the testing first, can be a life changer for me, and a start of a carrier in IT sector. Bare in mind that this is not a full scale training for NSA, its just the entry level course, which is a good base for advancing.
If anyone here, knows anything about this, from it own experience, please help me get trough this, and give me some guidelines.
In general I can assume what it is about, but any input from an experienced NSA can help a lot, and will be very much appreciated.
If you wish to contact me personally you can do so from my profile, by email, or by skype. I wont post emails here, cause I think its not wise, and its not allowed.
Thank you in advance.

To immediately prepare, go (*cough cough acquire*) the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching (CCNA) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) study materials available online, especially video courses if you have two monitors where you can run a video on one and walk through the material on the other.
To crash course into this ASAP so you can look good at any initial interview or screening test, go find the self study online material and videos for CCNA and CCNP from ACM.org , go buy a student membership at the discounted rate for (I forgot which former Yugoslav Republic you live in , sorry my friend). Student Membership ? Association for Computing Machinery
Make sure to buy a student membership that allows full access to the online ACM student library.

Thank you. Ive found this for a start, and a few books shared online, but will definitely join ACM once I find a student who will allow me to use his student record for applying there, and then well share the spoils. I think I have one in mind, and its $26 only.
Are you sure its just this that matters? Routing and Switching? Not that its a small area to cover for a short time......What I couldn't find is CCNP, but I guess I should just cover the basics for now, and later on if I pass the screening, well see what would I need.

Well, you've spent some part of your career working in IT, I personally went after database administration, but it's such a broad term "Network System Administrator" I'm not sure what you will be training for.
Network System Administrator is a good place to start, you can expand into hardware or software from there, and it's a solid foundation to learn the daily maintenance requirements before you try to expand into building/designing/expanding/implementing networks.
From Network System Administrator, who is basically a well trained techy who can troubleshoot level 1 and level 2 maintenance problems in software and hardware, you can move to Network Architect, where you'll design several kilometers of fiber optics for a business park implementation... but first you got to know the basics. It's a huge step, Cisco Network Architect certs take several years of training on nights/weekends...
Network System Administrator you can knock out in like several weeks if you show up prepared on day one.

Yeah I'm not sure what to expect there but basic networking, and then maybe CCNA? As I read its a prerequisite for anything else onward.
The lady at bureau also told me it takes a few weeks to complete so I assume that is it, and perhaps an introduction to CCNP.
Whatever it is, if I pass the initial exam and finish the course Ill definitely dive into it, since IT is having a huge expansion here lately, and experts are needed and pretty well payed for our economic conditions. I wont be near to that chart you posted, but still very good above well payed in our system.
Thanks for guidelines, the rest is on me
