Looking for new soundcard

i am looking for a soundcard that i can hook up my logitech 5.1 (3x 3.5mm jacks) and xbox 360 in too. i have looked at creative cards and they look good but when i checked out their support site it read that the optical IN port in the card only supported 2 channel
do u know of anything that had optical IN 6 channel (5.1) ports ??
my range s about $50 but im open really...i will also need this for my xbox one in 5.1
i have seen the logitech rca adapter but im looking for a card option...as the xbone one only has hdmi and optical ports fot audio and no rca
